Items that can be equipped on the hands are known as weapons (with the exception of shields, wich count as armor). When equipped, they allow the character to enter combat and use powers.
Due to game mechanics, arrows don't count as weapons but rather ammunition for archers. This happens beacause more than one can be equipped at the same time (tough all must be of the same exact type).
There are several kinds of weapons
Warrior Weapons
- Slashing weapons(Both one and two handed)
- Blunt weapons(Both one and two handed)
- Piercing weapons(Both one and two handed)
Archer Weapons
- Longbows (Two handed)
- Shortbows (Two handed)
Mage Weapons
- Staves (Two handed)
