"Ranged Army" is a level 7 quest in the Syrtis realm, given by Mist.
Story
Mist: Elven Wood is essential to our war efforts. Because of the unique properties of the bows we make with it our ranged army is the most accurate and has the greatest reach of the three realms. The tree that provides such a wood grows only in our thick forests, in specific spots, but it develops quickly.
Going up the small hill in the prairie to the southeast grows a small batch of Elven Tree. use this axe to get 6 pieces of Elven Wood and bring them here. The recruits need new bows.
