Could you travel there and make sure he is fine? You can find the Dra-na Mount by taking the southeast raod to Marelah's Forest East and then detouring south towards the mountains. Walk the mountains towards the west until you find a passage made by some ancient ruins. Cross the passage and you will get to the mount. Elured shouldn't be far from there.
