"Brothers in Arms" is a level 13 quest in the Alsius realm, given by Peltrie Hardback.
Story
The first task I'll ask of you is simple, but important. You must take the blunt swords in Waina's cart, on the northwest side of the town, to the forge behind Ditta Hammerstar's house, on the east side. Once there they will be reconditioned to supply the guard.
