Sultar's Devouring Mass is a Mage power: the 10th and final of the Mental discipline.
 A fog illusion devours the target, making her believe she is cut and torn.

Notes
According to the description of the power, this should be an extremely high damage dealing spell. However armor reduction reduces the damage to a mediocre amount. Combined with the long cooldown, the skill can be difficult to use effectively.
However, if used in combination with protection hindering powers, great amounts of damage can be achieved. This is a bit hard to pull off tough, given the need of using several spells in a row.
