According to the description of the power, this should be an extremely high damage dealing spell. But since armour will protect against all damage types seperately and reduce their damage by a maximum of 90%, this spell's maximum damage capability on most enemies is very low.

However, if used in combination with protection hindering powers, great amoutns of damage can be achieved. This is a bit hard to pull off tough, given the need of using several spells in a row.

Sultar's Devouring Mass is a Mage power: the 10th and final of the Mental discipline.

A fog illusion devours the target, making her believe she is cut and torn.
