"The Tower" is a level 7 quest in the Ignis realm, given by Essadi Village Class Trainers.
Story
In the high lands called Lookout Points, surrounding the village, mage Khalil conducts mad experiments.
Khalil left the capital arguing it was too noisy, but when he finally set up here he said he didnt have the proper vision angle required to look at the stars...
