"Black Mist" is a level 8 quest in the Ignis realm, given by khalil.
Story
When I saw you the first time I knew you were coming from the village to discover my secret, but I needed help and you've been a good assistant. The Mist cannot be harvested yet, the stars are not in the right position, but you can take a sample and take it to general Hassu'd to be analyzed.
