Notes
Since the knock down effect can be resisted and the physical damage reduced with protection, this skill is most effective when used quickly before enemies activate defensive auras. For that end, Arcane Devotion giving half the casting time is a nice bonus. This move is feared for its crippling effect, if it strikes small groups can take out bigger ones easily. It's very useful for creating openings so warriors can rush over the enemy.
It can be recognized as the enemies fall on the ground and green skulls raise from the ground around them.
After the 1.6.3 update, Sultar's Terror was changed to have variable duration knocks. Enemies who are affected by this skill will be knocked for a random duration of time given by the level of the skill. Additionally, secondary targets no longer receive the full damage as they did before.
