"Missing Runestones - Blind Eyes" is a level 39 quest in the Syrtis realm, given by Porlas.
Story
Porlas: We have but one more ingredient for the potion. It says that the last ingredient we need is the Eyes of 7 Adult Wolf. I know where you can find these wolves. They are just outside of the city. Bring me their Eyes and we can complete the potion.
Porlas: You have the final ingredient. Very well done. I'll put all these ingredients together. Once it is ready, you can take it to the chest, and we will have the location of all those rune stones you collected.
