Notes
This spell has two main quite different uses. The first one is to use it with normal hits, meaning probably the character is a staff master. The player would then use it combined with strong normal hits to become some sort of mage-marksman able to deal strong magical normal hits at a long range.
The second one is to combine it with Sultar's Terror and a 30 range staff. This means the player can release this strong spell from a safe distance, or if he can pull it, flank the enemy and use the extended range to avoid the objective from getting too far and canceling it. However, the spell has a quite noticeable visual and sound effect that often makes the Warlock a priority target.
