"The Key" is a level 23 quest in the Ignis realm, given by Kangba.
Story
We talked to the guard that was helping to transport the chest and he reports that he dropped the key as he was fleeing. He believes he lost the key in Western Sands so most likely it has been picked up by a Tomb Guard that inhabit the roads. Go to the area and kill as many Tomb Guard as it takes until you find the key. We are counting on you to return to us with the key.
