Burst of Wind is a Marksman power: the 3rd of the Arrow Mastery discipline.

A burst of wind leaves the opponent dizzy.

Notes

Burst of Wind is extremely effective against Mages with it's long duration, short cast time and range 0. Therefore, it is an excellent way to disable enemy conjurers, even those in the rear.
