Notes
Stunning Fist works at Melee range. The Crowd Control was changed from a Cannot attack to a Stun in version 1.7.7. Stunning fist is one of the few Archer crowd controls that has damage, allowing it to bypass Divine Intervention.
While the effect is powerful, Archers should remain cautious as they must be in melee range to cast the power, and the effect can be broken by another ally attacking the target. Note that for power levels less than 5, there is a chance element to the Stun effect.
