Beast Attack is a Barbarian power: the 4th of the Two Handed Mastery discipline.

Notes
When the Dizzy effect does work, Beast Attack is devastating, preventing most classes from having any chance of winning. Note that the Dizzy will not work if the target is Knocked. Even when the Dizzy does not work, the Attack Damage is nice, especially for Barbarians using the Blunt or Piercing tree which don't having an instant cast high damage power.
