Serpent Bite is a Marksman power: the 4th of the Arrow Mastery discipline.

A very good damage-over-time skill that can be devastating. A favorite choice among marksmen.

When skilling it,at the 3 level of the spell shows the instant damage, whilst the other levels(1,2,4,5) shows damage per second.
