Notes
Arcane Devotion is an essential power for warlocks and conjurers to reduce their spell casting times, with the class being all-but-unplayable without it.
As of 1.6.3, the spell functions as it's description suggests, increasing the casting speed. Thus given a casting time of <math>t_0</math>, the casting time <math>t = \frac{t_0}{1 + cast speed}</math>.
For example, if a Conjurer casts Energy Barrier, which had a cast time of 2 seconds, with level 5 Arcane Devotion the cast time is effectively 1 second.
