Splinter Wall is a [[mage]] [[power]] that deals piercing damage over time to any nearby enemy.  Though the damage may seem insignificant against a single opponent, and can be mitigated through armor and defensive powers, it can be devastating when used against a group of enemies.  Enemy mages are particularly vulnerable to Splinter Wall due to their low armor rating.

A highly underrated spell, but very useful at times. Although the damage it does to any one person is usually nothing special, in a group of enemies this can be a devastating power at level 5. This power works exceptionally well against mages, who have the lowest armor rating and take decent damage per second from this spell unless defensive buffs are used.  


White "sparkles" or "tiny spheres" will suround the caster, warning enemies to steer clear.
