Static Field is a Mage power: the 5th of the Staff Mastery discipline.

Notes
Static Field is a quite useful aura, though it is rarely seen because it is located in a somewhat unused discipline. Everyone at 6 meters from the Mage have their movement speed reduced, which doesn't only make an incredible way to escape from melees but also a great way to avoid they escape. However, it has a rather small area which makes it difficult to use.
Note that Static Field will break a Stun thus rushing into a group which a Barbarian just used Deafening Roar on might not be the best idea.
