"Antidote" is a level 3 quest in the Syrtis realm, given by Arnar.

Story

Arnar needs your help to brew a cure for a sick woman.

Arnar: A woman from Ulren Asir's village was attacked by the wasps in Marelah Forest. The victim could survive the attacks, but the poison is still in her blood. The woman will die unless we do something about it. I can prepare an antidote but it's complex. I need someone to gather the main ingredient while I prepare the rest of the mix. The missing ingredient is a type of mushroom that only grows near the village, in the north prairie.

Arnar: Yes, these are the ones I needed. Now I only need to stew them with the rest of the mix. When it's ready I will need your help to make it get to its destination.
