"Lycanthropy" is a level 9 quest in the Alsius realm, given by Rottersvall Village Class Trainers.
Story
Even if your trainer was reluctant in the beginning, they think that you have proven yourself capable of dealing with Lycan's that lurk around Rottersvall. Kael is fully recovered and anxious to help you in this task.
You need to go back to the Lycan's Lair and kill three Lycan Guards. Take the blood of the guards and spread in on the lair entrance. The scent will lure out the Chief Lycan so that you can attack him. Bring his head back to prove to the villagers that the Lycans are truly gone.
