"Lost Valhalla" is a level 9 quest in the Alsius realm, given by Speranzor.
Story
The Frozen Whip is a powerful weapon that is protected by a small, carved alter in the southwest corner of Lost Valhalla. Speranzor tells you this, along with a warning that the Yeti in the nearby cave are dangerous and will attack anyone who approches.
When you open the carved alter, you find an inner chamber that holds a container covered in small runes. The container is sealed and cannot be opened.
