You see, whenever a new recruit is initiated into the secret order we must always give a special dagger. It is a dagger of locks, and as long as you have it in your possession you can open almost any lock. It may look like a regular dagger with a blade as sharp as any other, but when you twist the pommel, you'll notice that a small lock pick rises from the bottom. Unfortunately, I don't have any. So I need you to go to the local merchant and get a small dagger from him. Once you get it, bring it to me and I will cut the pattern into the blade. | |||

"The Dagger of Locks" is a level 21 quest in the Ignis realm, given by Tarik.
Story
I know this has been quite a bit of information to take in, but there is one more item we must settle before you can start to find the rune-stones. You see, whenever a new recruit is initiated into the secret order we must always give a special dagger. It is a dagger of locks, and as long as you have it in your possession you can open almost any lock.
