"History of the Runestones" is a level 21 quest in the Ignis realm, given by Tarik.

Story

I still have a few things that I need to take care of, before I can use you, but I'll have your first objective shortly. Tell you what you can do, and I'll even pay you for your time.

I need you to learn as much as you can about the rune stones. We are going to be collecting these precious stones, but I need you to know what we are getting into. There is a small library here. The librarian there has secret documents in his possession. He will recognize your badge of the order. Learn as much as you can from him.
