Editing Passive Powers

Passive skills are a very special kind. They provide a constant base improvement that cannot be deactivated, even by the player. Just learning the skill in the spell book activates it, and each point spent makes it stronger.
Due to the fact that they cannot be dispelled or stopped in any way, they don't give mayor boosts. However, many are quite useful.
